The 27th International Computer Science and Engineering Conference 2023 (ICSEC 2023)

The International Computer Science and Engineering Conference (ICSEC) has been approved by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Thailand Section and IEEE Computer Chapter Thailand Section. The conference is the premier forum for the presentation of researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, research, experience, trends and concerns in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Emerging Technology. ICSEC2023 is organized by the Graduate School, Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Graduate School, Rajabhat Suratthani University, on behalf of the Council of the Graduate Studies Administrators of Thailand (CGAT) and the Council of Graduate Studies Administrators of Public and Autonomous Universities (CGAU) at the Institute of Tourism Development and Sumui College of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute, Suratthani Rajabhat University, Kho Samui District, Suratthani Province.

ICSEC 2023 will be held over two days with special sessions and presentations delivered by researchers from the international communities, including presentations from well-known keynote speakers.

Papers related to this conference theme including theories, methodologies, and emerging applications are encouraged. Contributions covering theoretical developments and practical applications, including but not limited to the following technical areas, are invited:

1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers WITHOUT authors’ names and affiliations, in English, of 4 – 6 pages (at least 8 pages for journal submission) in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed areas.
2. Papers must be submitted online only through the submission system of the conference website.
3. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference in order that the paper is to be included in the program. The program will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.
4. The author should use IEEE manuscript templates. (Microsoft Word: A4)

Once authors get the final notification about papers they are invited to prepare the final version. All papers presented at ICSEC 2023 will be published in IEEE Xplore. For that reason upon final notification about the accepted papers,

authors are invited to resubmit the full paper using IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore´s formatting. Guidelines for final submission, the final version of accepted papers for oral presentations at the conference need to be prepared as follows:

1. Before creating your PDF, please add the following copyright notice to the footer of the first page of your document:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is :

As a reference, you can use the paper template (please check the copyright notice in the footer of the first page) or browse the IEEE Xplore database for previous conference publications.

2. Create a PDF version of your paper using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool. In order to generate the PDF-file, proceed to the link:https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2

• If you are a first-time user, click on the tab new users and enter the conference ID code 59635X. Then enter your email address and set a password.
• If you are already registered in PDF eXpress (previous conference submissions via PDF eXpress) then login, enter your password and enter the conference ID 59635X.

For each conference paper, click on “create new title”, enter the title of the paper and upload your Word file. Upon successful completion, you will receive an email with your converted PDF-file or in the case that an incompatibility was detected, a report detailing why it failed will be sent to you. In this case, please correct the indicated problems and resubmit the Word document.

3.  After uploading the final camera-ready paper, please continue to complete the on-line Electronic IEEE Copyright Form.
4.  Use the EDAS conference system to upload your full paper PDF (created with IEEE PDF eXpress) and the on-line Electronic IEEE Copyright Form. Therefore, login to your user account and upload the files in the section: Your Submissions.
